Wayne has received many honors during his RE/MAX career, including; Lifetime Achievement Award, Broker/Owner of the Year Award and Distinguished Service Award. In 2008 Wayne received the RE/MAX International Circle of Legends Award, an award given by RE/MAX for achievement in sales. Wayne was the second individual in the state of Michigan to receive this award, and among only a little over 100 individuals in the United States & Canada to receive it. In October 2008, Wayne was also honored by being named one of only three people chosen that year for the Junior Achievement Hall of Fame Award. It was a humbling & greatly appreciated award.

This event is offered free of charge to the community to help kick off the local United Way campaign.

Wayne’s hobbies include; boating, biking and travel (when he can get away). He and his wife Karen have three adult children, six grandchildren and a boat named Summer Mistress.
